The former Los Angeles home of Hollywood stars Chris Pratt and Anna Faris is back on the market, with a hefty price tag of $7.5 million. Once owned by the beloved celebrity couple, the Mediterranean-style estate has since changed hands, now under the ownership of Brett Mahoney, executive producer and showrunner behind popular TV shows like CSI: Miami. The Agency's Billy Rose and Natasha Sizlo have the listing.

Pratt and Faris offloaded the property in 2020 for $4.75 million—just two years after finalizing their highly publicized divorce. The pair originally bought the home in 2013 for $3.3 million. Their divorce settlement stipulated that the couple remain within five miles of each other until their son, Jack, completed sixth grade. Both stars still reside in the area and with their son now 12, it remains to be seen whether the proximity requirement will be lifted or not.

The home itself is a gem of Mediterranean architecture, built in 1979 and spanning 4,700 square feet. Boasting four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, the residence retains much of its original charm, with wooden-beam ceilings and arched doorways offering glimpses of old-world elegance. Yet, during their time as owners, Pratt and Faris infused the space with modern updates, transforming it into a cozy, modern farmhouse aesthetic that feels both fresh and inviting.

Inside, the house features a bright foyer with glass double doors, formal living and dining rooms with vaulted ceilings, and a family room with a painted brick fireplace. The chef’s kitchen, complete with sleek white cabinetry, marble tile backsplashes, and a spacious island, is designed for both entertaining and everyday family meals. Outside, the covered patio provides ample space for gatherings, while the saltwater pool, spa, fire pit, and tennis court make the outdoor areas as enticing as the interiors.

Despite their split, Pratt and Faris have remained cordial. Faris now resides in an eco-friendly mansion in Pacific Palisades, while Pratt purchased a $15.6 million property nearby, which he has since put up for sale.

But Pratt’s real estate moves haven’t been without controversy. In 2023, Pratt and his current wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger, stirred up public outrage when they demolished the midcentury-modern Zimmerman House in Brentwood, a historic architectural masterpiece designed by the renowned Craig Ellwood. In its place now stands a sprawling, much larger modern mansion—an act that sparked fierce criticism from preservationists and architecture enthusiasts alike.
