The property was the home of the late Virginia Wright, a prominent philanthropist and significant art collector. “The joint marketing program between the auction house and our real estate brokerage created a buzz around the property and garnered attention from high-net-worth buyers worldwide,” says Wasner. “It was an unparalleled effort which led to a near record- breaking sale price.
