“The Collection,” a portfolio of prime residences within the Atlantic Ocean-facing tower, stuns with a two-story penthouse and double-height Sky Villas at the Jade Signature, designed by Herzog & de Meuron.

A contemporary oceanside escape designed to stand the test of time, the award-winning Jade Signature residential high-rise continues to beckon the most discerning luxury homebuyers to its sugary-sand beachfront, stunningly appointed flow-through interiors, and seemingly endless azure views of the Atlantic Ocean. Marked by high-style and a sophistication that has been lauded worldwide by design critics and journalists alike, the tower is rightfully hailed as Miami’s most architecturally extraordinary oceanfront address.

Well-sited on the pristine shoreline of Sunny Isles Beach, Jade Signature is the vision of luxury real estate leader Fortune International Group. The design of the tower unites the renowned talents of a trio of the industry’s greatest collaborators: Pritzker prize-winning Swiss architects, Herzog & de Meuron (visionaries behind Tate Modern in London, 1111 Lincoln Road, and the Peréz Art Museum Miami); Parisian interior design firm, PYR, led by Pierre Yves-Rochon; and celebrated Miami landscape architectural firm, Raymond Jungles Inc.

It continues its reign as one of the most decorated condominiums in the U.S., having been the recipient of more than a dozen accolades since its March 2018 opening, including the 2019 “American Architecture Award” by The Chicago Athenaeum: the Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies; the “Most Innovative Beachside Residential Development” distinction by BUILD Magazine; a singling-out by Dezeen magazine as one of the “Top 10 Skyscrapers of 2018”; and the 2018 International Property Awards’ “Best in USA” for Residential High-rise Architecture and Residential High-rise Development, among other top honors.

Currently, a limited number of residences remain for sale within the building, including several recently completed turnkey homes by renowned interior designers. Jade Signature’s most luxurious offerings -- a portfolio known as “The Collection” -- has a compilation of two-story Sky Villas and a two-story penthouse, ranging from $11.9 million to $29.5 million. The Sky Villas offer spectacular features, such as flow-through views, expansive terraces, private elevators, smart technology, service quarters and PYR-designed bathroom cabinetry. The two-story penthouse boasts all of these world-class features as well as a private pool, gym and 360-degree views.

The Upper North Sky Villa at Jade Signature is a work of art in and of itself, marked by custom designs by Meyer Davis. Inside, five bedrooms and six and a half baths are spread throughout 6,509 square feet of flow-through space, meticulously crafted to bring the outdoors in. Natural light pours into living areas through floor-to-ceiling windows, while 1,407 square feet of terraces frame views of the ocean, surrounding city and Intracoastal Waterway. In producing and hand-picking furnishings and fixtures for this particular residence, Meyer Davis was chiefly inspired by the building’s ocean views and proximity to the beach. Rich and vibrant polished metals -- as well as custom rugs with gold accents -- were incorporated into the interiors to bring a metropolitan edge to the unit’s neutral palette. Wallcoverings were used in nearly every living area, not only to provide a sense of warmth within the space, but to create a rich textural quality.
