Fashion Mogul Cristina Calori Sells 31 Bond St. for $16.M

Italian Fashion mogul Cristina Calori just sold 31 Bond St. for $16M (quite the profit from her original $8.2M purchase in 2010). Noted broker Paolo Zampolli sold the building twice over.

Calori sold the building to Joshua Gurwitz of Good Properties who may develop the space into a luxury condominium. The street also boasts Ian Schrager’s 40 Bond (designed by Herzog & de Meuron) and 25 Bond St. (belonging to the late Tony Goldman).
