If you love sports, we are the golf capital of the world, have amazing tennis and pickleball amenities, world-class fishing in the Gulf of Mexico, and much more. From shopping to culture to just relaxing on our white sand beaches, you can do it all — and at all price points.
What do you foresee as the future of your market in 2024?
It is a unique market right now but still has legs to move. We are seeing a late-season push and will have a busy summer and fall. It might look a bit like the 2023 market, but at least we are seeing a bit more inventory come to the market.
What advice would you give someone who wants to buy or sell in your market?
Pick your agent wisely. This isn’t 2021, if you want to sell, sell. If you want to buy, don't try to time the market. Be educated and make an informed decision.
Why do you love living in your market?
We have an embarrassment of riches in Naples, from the gorgeous beaches to the spectacular golf courses, a wide range of amazing restaurants, world-class shopping, and some of the friendliest people you could ever hope to meet. All wrapped up in one of the most beautiful, clean, safe cities in the U.S. It’s the best!
