Here, he discusses with Haute Residence his market of Naples, FL, and how he has found success.

Why did you choose Real Estate? 

My family had been in the business when I was growing up and I caught a love for it at an early age. I always knew I wanted to sell and create amazing properties. And once I realized how much I was actually helping people, I couldn’t imagine doing anything else.

How did you get to where you are today? 

I worked hard. I started at probably not the best time, but I just learned my craft and outworked everyone. I literally get up every day at 5 a.m., work out, and am checking the market by 6 a.m. I even get in my car and go look for opportunities.

What is one of your favorite client stories? 

I have so many stories that I could probably write a book. Unfortunately, because of the market I operate in, and the level of clients I work with, it’s best that I keep my customers' information private.

What is your biggest success story to date? 

I just passed $1 billion in career sales by volume with more than $500 million in the past 2.5 years. Onto the next billion!

What makes your market unique? 

Naples, Florida, is a beautiful beach town with world-class amenities; but it is so small. And because of that, there isn’t that much inventory. So you have to know who to connect with and how to navigate it in order to get your customers the best opportunities and to be successful in finding a property that makes them happy.
