How did the third quarter of 2020 real estate perform in Wellington?
The 3rd quarter was very solid outpacing last year which was a record until now. Between properties going under contract, closings, and new listings, the 3rd quarter has been amazing amid the pandemic.

Do you expect a more or less active 4th quarter for this year than previous years?
Based upon the 3rd quarter results we expect the activity to remain strong right up to the holidays.
