View, water, size, and price are all considerations.

What is the most important thing you look for when purchasing a home for yourself?

I find location and value to be the most important aspects when purchasing a property.

If you had to choose one piece of advice for first-time home buyers, what would it be?

Be sure to research your market or get someone who will help you.

Retail sales
