In Miami's Edgewater neighborhood, Two Roads Development has introduced the interiors and amenity spaces of EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater. This marks the global hotel brand's premiere collection of luxury condominium residences along Biscayne Bay at 2121 North Bayshore Drive. The 55-story glass tower, designed by architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica, includes 800 linear feet of bay frontage.

Studio Munge, known for its award-winning luxury projects worldwide, creates interiors inspired by the MiMo (Miami Modernist) movement. The design accentuates tranquility and contemporary elegance with a palette of white oak, pearl plaster, natural stone, and greenery.

Taylor Collins, Managing Partner of Two Roads Development, emphasizes the sophistication and level of service aligning with the EDITION brand. The development features four units per floor with private elevator lobbies, offering panoramic water views and access to world-class amenities.

Alessandro Munge, Founder & Design Director of Studio Munge, highlights the unique experiences created within the development's 45,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. These include an indoor-outdoor poolside garden lounge, resort-style pool, wellness center, pickleball courts, spa program, fine dining restaurant, library lounge, and more.

The outdoor spaces, designed by global landscape architecture firm EDSA, provide residents with tropical and lush landscaping. An on-site concierge team offers services such as deliveries, reservation assistance, and in-residence dining. Prospective residents can explore the lifestyle awaiting them through the $10 million sales gallery, featuring replicas of the master bathroom, kitchen, and living room.

Construction is set to begin in early 2024, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 36 months. Sales and marketing for EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater, are exclusively represented by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
