Opera Grand

The Opera Grand will be the first residential tower in downtown Dubai's Opera District, a new cultural hub currently being developed by Emaar Properties.

The 66-story building will feature more than 200 luxurious 2, 3, and 4-bedroom apartments, all of them overlooking some of the city's notable sights, including the Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Fountain, and of course, the Dubai Opera: a 2,000 seat, multi-format venue used for opera, theater, music, art, film, and sports performances and exhibitions.

It will also possess a retail podium linked by an overhead bridge, offering uninterrupted views of Burj Park; a grand lobby; two floors dedicated to retail shops and eateries; as well as ample parking space. Designed to be an architectural wonder created to reflect and complement its intriguing cultural surroundings, the Opera Grand boasts a rooftop pool buoyed by awe-inspiring city views, along with a modern health club.

Residents of the opulent Grand will find themselves surrounded by a bevy of art enthusiasts and cultural figures at the Opera District, which will also feature luxury hotels, a retail plaza, waterfront promenades, a smattering of recreational spaces and parks, and a slew of vibrant cultural locales such as design studios and art galleries. Located close to Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera's style echoes that of traditional sailing vessels of the Arabian Gulf.

Emaar will begin online registration for Opera Grand at www.emaar.com on May 7, 2014 from 10:00am (UAE time). The sales launch will be held on a first-registered, first-served basis on May 10 at three locations, including Dubai (Emaar Pavilion, Downtown Dubai) and Abu Dhabi (Emaar Sales Centre, Al Nahda Tower) at 10:00am, and in Singapore (Ritz-Carlton, 7 Raffles Avenue) at 2:00pm.
