The Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami recently hosted an inspiring “Women of Influence” event at the exclusive Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami sales gallery, gathering many of real estate’s most dynamic female leaders. On October 16th, a distinguished roster of women gathered to share professional insights, chart personal growth paths, and highlight the journey toward success in the high-powered world of real estate.
Attendees were treated to two engaging panel discussions, thoughtfully curated by event chair Veronica Gorson and co-chaired by MacKenzie Ross-Fidler. The panels featured prominent industry voices, including Tere Blanca, Dora Puig, Christina Cuervo, Alexandra Eichner, Anne Wilkinson, Vanessa Stabile, and Alejandra Castillo. Led by moderators Brenda O'Connor and Tina Van der Ven, the panelists delved into topics like building and leading successful businesses, managing monumental deals, and making community-driven impacts. With an emphasis on resilience, each woman shared personal stories of how they cultivated expertise, confidence, and influence.
