Faena Group has announced plans to list a duplex penthouse in the Faena Hotel Miami Beach—the former Saxony Hotel—for a jaw-dropping $55 million. which will likely make it the priciest condo for sale in the Miami area.

According to Alicia Goldstein, an executive vice president at Faena Group, the penthouse will have six bedrooms, five full bathrooms and four powder rooms, in addition to about 4,435 square feet of terrace space, featuring 360-degree views of the ocean and downtown Miami.
Slated for completion in the fall of 2015, Ms. Goldstein reports that the penthouse will boast two kitchens, a private internal elevator, a great room, living room and media room. The owners will have their own entrance, lobby and concierge, and have access to hotel amenities like the pool and beach club.
