Buyers are adjusting to the new reality of the market. We are seeing an uptick in buyers not waiting around to see what happens but rather finding an apartment they love with the prospect of perhaps refinancing later. All cash buyers are not waiting around for prices to increase once rates do come down.

Seek out apartments or townhouses that have been on the market for an extended period of time where there might be a window of opportunity.
