Jerry Lorenzo, American fashion designer and founder of Fear of God, a streetwear label, has put his Los Angeles home up for sale for nearly $15M.

The 7,200 square-foot property sits on about a third-acre of land and is located in Los Feliz, an affluent neighborhood in the greater Hollywood area of Los Angeles. Jerry Lorenzo is just one of the many celebrities that have resided in this hillside neighborhood, including Katy Perry, Angelina Jolie, and Megan Fox, to name a few.

Lorenzo purchased the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion in 2018 for $8.5M, and over the past six years he has renovated the entire interior of the house with the help of Kathleen and Tommy Clements, a mother-son interior design team that aims to fill homes with gallery-like, nature-inspired interiors.

In the main part of the house, you can find hardwood floors and large windows with additional architectural details, all of which are tied together with a calm-toned color scheme that can be seen in the furniture and decor.

The kitchen has custom cabinets and marble countertops, while the primary bedroom has a fireplace, walk-in closet, and a private terrace. The backyard consists of a guesthouse, sports court, pool, and lounging and entertainment areas. It is evident that the color palette of the home and the quality of the materials used for features within the property add to the overall opulence of the mansion.

Lorenzo reportedly bought a home in Beverly Hills for $20M and has teased Fear of God’s new project for the upcoming year, including a collaboration with his new Prada and Adidas.
