Today we're giving the first look at Pembrooke & Ives amenities at the luxury Central Park condominium, The Park Loggia.

This prime Upper West Side residence located at 15 West 61st Street is an embodiment of the surrounding style, sophistication, and opportunities that is Manhattan.

Pembrooke & Ives designed 20,000 square feet of amenities for the 172 condominiums, where residents have access to some really creative and gorgeous amenities, including a screening and performance room, inspired by nearby Lincoln Center —there are even soundproofed practice rooms adjacent.

Wellness amenities include a sunny yoga room and a golf simulator, as well as a full fitness center.

There are also multiple lounge areas, such as a Great Room reception area and a lounge with a custom gas fireplace and a dining room with an adjacent catering kitchen, as well as wine storage, and a game room overlooking Central Park.
