Going 17 seasons strong, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit is one of the longest running television shows in history. For over a decade, one of the stables of the crime drama had been detective Elliot Stabler, who had been one of SVU’s main characters for 12 seasons.
The NYPost reports that after four years of it being on the market, the New York City apartment formerly owned by Chris Meloni––the actor who played Detective Stabler––has recently been sold.
Located on the 60th floor of the Park Imperial is the spacious pad, which was listed in 2012 for $12 million, but instead sold for $8.1 million. The home features four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, and as to be expected from a unit 60 flights up, stunning views throughout the 3,000-square-foot apartment.
Meloni had owned the home from 2006, when he purchased it for $5.45 million, up until it was recently sold.
Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs also owns a home in the residential building at 230 W 56th Street that he has been trying to sell for some time now.
