Founder of P. Diddy-Owned Tequila Brand Is Selling Malibu Home

The founder of top-shelf liquor brand DeLeon Tequila, which Sean “Puff Daddy” Combs bought in 2013, is asking for $19.95 million for his newly-listed Malibu home, according to press materials.

Brent Hocking’s “The Serra Lake House” is designed by Burdge & Associates Architects to feel like a nightclub, with 6,345 square feet of seamless polished concrete and chocolate oak flooring and leather furniture throughout its four bedrooms and four bathrooms (plus two half).

The kitchen is finished with black rock leather stone granite counters.

A great room opens to the expansive outdoor space, with a tennis court, a sunken fire bit, an outdoor kitchen and bar, and a 72-foot custom Beadcrete Black Sea pool that resembles a lake.

Upstairs, there is the master suite that overlooks the grounds. Three additional bedrooms, an office, and a media room are located on the first floor.

In addition to its four-car garage, the 74,052-sqaure-foot lot can accommodate parking space for 70 cars.
