The Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove, marking the first standalone Four Seasons-branded residences in Florida, has officially launched sales. This landmark 20-story development, designed by Miami's Luis Revuelta and featuring interiors by renowned Florentine designer Michele Bönan, offers 70 luxury homes ranging from two to four bedrooms. Designed to complement Coconut Grove's waterfront ambiance, each unit features custom Italian kitchens, marble bathrooms, and 11-foot ceilings.

A collaborative effort between Fort Partners and CMC Group, this project sets a new standard for luxury living in one of Miami’s most sought-after neighborhoods. The residences range in size up to 3,980 square feet, with penthouses expanding up to 9,690 square feet, each offering sweeping panoramic views of the ocean. The architecture, inspired by the area's lush landscape, includes a curved façade that naturally integrates with the environment.

Highlighting the development's appeal, Bart Carnahan of Four Seasons emphasized the brand's dedication to combining personalized service with top-tier real estate, anticipating strong interest in Miami's dynamic luxury market. Ugo Colombo of CMC Group pointed to their long-standing track record of defining luxury standards in South Florida, signaling high expectations for this distinguished new addition to Coconut Grove.
