Gigi Hadid, the in-demand model, who recently walked the runway for major fashion houses, such as Diane von Furstenberg, Tommy Hilfiger, and Jeremy Scott, has just sold her New York City pad for just under $2.5 million.
She purchased the two bedroom, two bathroom apartment located at 250 Bowery sometime last year for $1.92 million. It boasts a master suite with a spacious walk-in closet and an en suite spa-like bathroom, marble counters in the chef’s kitchen, oak floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Fredrik Eklund of real estate company, Douglas Elliman, and Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York fame, who is the broker for the luxury loft, announced the sale over the weekend via social media.
For Hadid, rumored girlfriend of singer Joe Jonas, it hadn't been all good memories at her Bowery Street home. There was an incident during the summer where a stalker almost broke into the swanky pad.
The eight-story 250 Bowery complex is said to offer the luxuries necessary to make urban living as smooth as possible. Constructed in 2012, the building houses about two dozen units, including several duplex penthouses with amazing city views, fireplaces, and a roof deck.
