What is the best thing about your market?
We've been named the #1 Small City in the World five times by Conde Nast Traveler magazine! People love moving to and buying a 2nd home in a city with such an astounding lifestyle and weather!
What do you foresee as the future of your market in 2024?
International buyers seem more confidant in 2024, it has been a strong start to the year. 2023 was a slow year here, missing the typically high appreciation we see here, so values are great if buyers visit early!
