The last of the undeveloped waterfront land in Long Island’s Sag Harbor village–adjacent to the Business District–will be revamped as a result of a joint venture between Greystone and East End Ventures.

Greystone, the real estate development firm synonymous with the development of luxury condominiums and waterfront properties, and also the restoration of landmarked buildings throughout high-profile areas like Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Miami, has partnered with East End Ventures to build condominiums, which will be located at 1, 3, and 5 Ferry Road.

"We really feel our boutique luxury aesthetic is beautifully aligned with the intentions for this residential development," says Jeffrey Simpson, Greystone’s head of property development, whose goal is to create one of the most sought after residential locations in the Hamptons.

To date, Greystone has developed over $1 billion in residential and mixed-use properties and has worked closely with the communities it develops in in order to guarantee that each project will complement and enhance the local surroundings.
