Dezer Properties and Porsche Design are partnering to create a new condo tower in Sunny Isles Beach. The round, 57-story property will be Porsche Design’s first endeavor in condo development.

Plans show that the building will encompass 132 units and 284 robotic parking spaces using a robotic parking system, which is the single most innovative component of the tower. Three elevator-like platforms sit in the center of the building, rotating and rising to take cars to their owners’ units. Parking will be located on every other level.

Other known features include numerous duplex units, and owners will have access to pools on every other level. Spanning 2.21 acres, the project will be located at 18555 Collins Ave.

With much success from Dezer Properties in Miami, and the great reputation of Porsche Design, this development will surely be a work of art.
