Renowned director and producer J.J. Abrams is parting ways with his charming residence in Pacific Palisades, California, putting it on the market for $3.495 million, as reported by Realtor.com. This delightful three-bedroom, two-bathroom home, built in 1928, spans nearly 1,700 square feet and exudes vintage appeal. Nestled near the scenic bluffs and the vibrant Palisades Village, the property offers both character and an enviable location.

Abrams, known for his work on blockbuster hits like "Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker," purchased the property in 2018 for $2.6 million. Abrams is not only a prominent figure in film but also the co-creator of iconic television series like "Lost," along with other hits such as "Felicity" and "Alias." With directing credits that include "Mission Impossible: III" and the record-breaking "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," Abrams continues to leave a significant mark on the entertainment industry.

This Pacific Palisades property is not the only home in Abrams’ impressive portfolio. In 2014, he and his wife, Katie McGrath, acquired a larger traditional-style residence in the area for just over $14 million. They later listed this expansive 7,000-square-foot mansion for $22 million in 2021, ultimately selling it the following year for approximately $20.4 million.

Additionally, Abrams previously owned a 1920s home in nearby Santa Monica, purchased in 2017 for $6.275 million.
