Will Smith and his wife Jada are rumored to have privately listed their Calabasas, CA estate for $42M. The home spans a massive 25,000 square feet and features adobe-style design by Stephen Samuelson. 
The home reportedly took seven years to complete and was the Smith’s ‘dream home’ for a number of years.
