Rumor has it that hip-hop king and queen Jay-Z and Beyonce quietly bought this 10,000-square-foot Spanish baroque-style home in New Orleans' Garden District.

A former church and ballet school, the three-bedroom, three-bath spread—first listed in September 2013 for $2.5 million—features 26-foot ceilings, bright wooden floors and cabinetry, and pale yellow walls surrounding a very open floor plan, dotted with ornate traditional furnishings and pops of red. There's also a living green roof, and three one-bedroom rentals (which have raked in over $3,200 per month in the past).

As uncovered by Curbed, the mailing address of the building's owner, Sugarcane Park LLC, just so happens to be that of Parkwood Entertainment—a.k.a. Beyonce's management company. We guess Britton Galloway—the Keller Williams broker who handled the listing—wasn't lying when he said, "A lot of people from the entertainment industry are looking at [the home]. Both actors and musicians are looking to use it for a myriad of different uses.”

If Bey and her beau really did pick up the storied digs, never again will they be too far from her sister Solange, who owns a home not too far away in the French Quarter.
