Boulder’s bustling mountain haven is home to a fantastic and innovative culinary and wine scene. With the close of summer and the start of fall also comes a plethora of wine-focused events in and around our great town. Expand your tasting knowledge, sip renowned vintages, and mingle with the community at any of these Boulder County wine events.

Wine and Wander

When: 8/22-10/3, 5:00 pm

Where: The Dairy Arts Center

Each Thursday, from the end of August to the beginning of October, this beloved Boulder arts center offers guests the opportunity to experience its exhibits in a whole new light. Grab a glass of wine and enjoy a docent-led tour of the awesome art displays at The Dairy.

Corks & Caps: Uncork the Potential of Students

When: 8/24, 7:00 - 9:00 pm

Where: Egg Strategy

Guests of this silent wine auction will receive the chance to bid on truly exceptional bottles of wine and support the local Boulder County foundation, I Have A Dream. Light hors d'oeuvres, an open bar, and decadent desserts will be served. Plan a date night or get the group together for a special event that is both entertaining and meaningful.

Boulder Valley Wine Festival

When: 9/7, 11:00 am - 5:00 pm

Where: Community Park, Louisville

Join Boulder’s cool neighboring community of Louisville for its second annual Boulder Valley Wine Festival. Spend the Saturday sipping innovative and traditional wines from over 25 Colorado based wineries, breweries, and meaderies. Dine on tasty eats and sweet treats from the food truck park. Who knows, you may discover your next favorite varietal from a winery just down the street.

Guest Chef Dinner

Hosted by Boulder Wine Merchant, this much-anticipated event gives wine enthusiasts the chance to sip lesser known vintages from famous wine makers. The festival includes many events around town that feature tastings led by knowledgeable sommeliers and pairing dinners.
