Jennifer Lopez has officially sold her penthouse located north of Madison Square Park for $23M, just weeks after she and Ben Affleck listed their marital Beverly Hills home, amidst the couple having rumored “marital troubles."

The 6,540 square-foot property was purchased by Lopez in 2014 for $20.1M and has been on and off the market since then. Chris Pomeroy and Richard Orenstein, real estate agents of Brown Harris Stevens, represented Lopez’s listing, and Rebecca Mardikes and Eleonora Srugo of Douglas Elliman were successful in securing the buyer for the residence.

The building where the unit lies is called the Whitman and was built in 1924. The penthouse has two levels, four bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, in addition to a great deal of features.

Outdoor space is one of the main attractions of the residence. There are four terraces placed throughout the property, with one of the terraces adding up to around 3,000 square footage. The terraces also provide spectacular views of Madison Square Park and brings a vast amount of sunlight into the rooms throughout the penthouse.

Some additional features include a private elevator, french doors placed all around the unit, a kitchen with a dining area and breakfast bar, a bedroom wing, a staff room with a full bathroom, and a media room.

On the second floor of the penthouse, you can find the primary suite, which includes two bathrooms, a dressing room, and two private terraces.

This sale comes days after it was reported that Affleck bought his own home in California, specifically in the Pacific Palisades. While Affleck has been adding to his real estate portfolio, Jennifer Lopez has been seen summering in the Hamptons, where she bought a home back in 2013.
