Why did you choose Real Estate?
I think Real Estate chose me – in a very interesting way, life has led me to do what I do now, and I couldn't be happier! Helping people find their dream homes in our beautiful town keeps my days interesting and challenging, always a new adventure!
What was your journey to where you are today?
I started many years ago, and it was the hotel industry that brought me to Puerto Vallarta, and then before you knew it a friend of mine suggested I work on real estate. It seemed like a good idea and the rest is history!
What is your biggest success story to date?
Two are my favorite, one that was rather challenging with lots of moving parts but that was perfect for my clients, and luckily they were very patient and are happily enjoying their beautiful beachfront residence; the other one was a property that is such a landmark in our city and was not even on the market but again, it was ideal for my client. Closing took 10 months and lots of persistence and patience were required but every time I hear my client say that it is the house of her dreams, I'm thrilled.
What makes your market unique?
We are a diverse resort market, a "small" city with great conveniences and unique natural resources. Our town is what you want it to be, quiet and relaxing or adventurous and fun. People from the USA, Canada, and Mexico coexist naturally in this city, we also have people from other countries and everybody feels welcome here. The city is quite friendly and naturally beautiful!
