Pop star Justin Timberlake, who just won a Grammy for his recent hit “Can't Stop The Feeling,” was spotted touring a triplex penthouse in New York City, according to the New York Post.
Now offered for $18.5 million, the 5,704-square-foot, four-bedroom pad in Greenwich Village has been reduced to nearly half of its original asking price, $30.5 million.
Designed by architect and interior designer Cetra Ruddy, with DHA Capital and Continental Properties, the penthouse’s three levels are accessed via an elegant stairway, as well a private elevator, the listing states.
Plentiful light shines in all day through the three-story glass wall. The large living room is characterized by a sleek fireplace. There is a dining room, chef’s eat-in kitchen, media room/study, and third-floor guest suite.
There are two private terraces, totaling 906 square feet, and two parking spaces.
Timberlake and his wife Jessica Biel currently own a penthouse at 311 W. Broadway, known as Soho Mews, according to the New York Post. They have a 2-year-old son Silas Randall. Timberlake's "Can't Stop the Feeling" won a Grammy for "Best Song Written For Visual Media."
The listing at 12 East 13th Street is held by Leonard Steinberg, Hervé Senequier, Amy Mendizabal, and Calli Sarkesh or Compass.
