Kelly Osbourne, known for her work on television and reality shows, has decided to part ways with her midcentury modern home in Los Feliz, listing the property for $4.35 million. This move comes just after her famous parents, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, sold their own Los Angeles condo for the same price earlier this month, signaling a potential shift for the Osbourne family as they plan their return to the U.K.

Ozzy, 75, and Sharon, 72, had been trying to sell their property for over a year before finally closing the deal. Their decision to leave the U.S. seems definitive, but it remains unclear whether their 39-year-old daughter is following suit with plans to relocate or if she is simply ready to move on from the home she purchased in 2018 from actress Rooney Mara.

One thing is certain—Kelly is taking a page out of her parents' book by working with Carolwood Estates, the same real estate company that helped her parents sell their condo. The listing is managed by Jonah Wilson, Rudy Serrato, and Joshua T. Greer. Kelly originally bought the three-bedroom property for $3.575 million, and if she secures her asking price, she stands to make nearly $1 million in profit.

The 2,450-square-foot home, built in 1963, is described as a blend of modern upgrades and midcentury charm. Located in the desirable Los Feliz Oaks neighborhood, it features large windows, an open floor plan, and unique architectural touches such as terrazzo flooring and a concrete block exterior. A standout feature is the wraparound terrace that offers stunning views of the Los Angeles skyline.

Kelly's decision to list the property comes just weeks after she shared on social media that she and her partner, Slipknot DJ Sid Wilson, have been spending part of their time living in Iowa. "A lot of people don’t know this about Sid and I, but we do actually live in Iowa. And I love being in Iowa," she said, referencing Wilson's upbringing in Des Moines and his ownership of a farm there.

Whether Kelly plans to make Iowa her permanent home remains to be seen, but her Los Feliz property is sure to attract interest from buyers looking for a rare architectural gem. The home’s mix of quirky design choices, like bright yellow floral wallpaper in one of the bathrooms, and breathtaking views make it a unique offering in the Los Angeles real estate market.

Much like the property her parents recently sold, Kelly’s home is infused with personality. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living space bathe the home in natural light, while each room offers panoramic views of the surrounding hills.
