Fort Lauderdale interior designer Susan Rocco was joined by an enthusiastic gathering of her South Florida clientele, architects, designers, friends and family to celebrate the 25th anniversary of The Kitchenworks—her interior design firm specializing in fine custom cabinetry and gourmet appliances—on October 9th.

The Kitchenworks 25th Anniversary

The celebration took place at The Kitchenworks’ 2,700 sq. ft. showroom in Fort Lauderdale featuring the latest and best in kitchen designs and state-of-the-art appliances. Guests enjoyed fresh, hot culinary delights provided by Chef Jonas Hagg and irresistible desserts made by Susan’s pastry chef daughter-in-law, Yanina Rocco. The secret to the evening’s success, however, was clearly the passion for cooking and entertaining done with warmth and style that Susan Rocco shares with her clientele.

Special guests included Mr. and Mrs. Martin Graber, owners of Dutch Made Custom Cabinetry, as well as representatives from Sub-Zero/Wolf and Miele, which donated a Miele vacuum cleaner as one of the door prizes. Other special guests included architects Bill Storrs, David Herbert and Art Bengochea, and interior designers Susan Storrs and Barbara Schweitzer.

“Our anniversary celebration was an opportunity to both thank our customers for helping The Kitchenworks build its reputation for excellence and service over the past 25 years and to simply enjoy each other’s company,” said Susan, reflecting on the evening. “We have the privilege of working for and with some really terrific people so this event celebrated THEM, as well!”
