The Spanish-style Los Angeles estate, owned by Latina actress Alex Meneses––who starred as “Isabella” alongside Eva Longoria in the NBC comedy series, Telenovela––has been listed with a $6.75 million price tag, according to press materials.
Built in 2004, it was designed with Venetian plaster walls and handcrafted Mexican tiles, as well as other materials imported from Spain and Morocco.
Some of Meneses’ other memorable roles include Teresa Morales in the series Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman, Robert's girlfriend on Everybody Loves Raymond, and Joey Tribiani’s sister "Cookie" on Friends.
Measuring 7,829 square foot, the gated, six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom main residence features a dine-in wine cellar, three kitchens, and five fireplaces, as just some of its luxury amenities.
Outside, there is also a mosaic pool and spa, a cooking pavilion, mosaic fountains, a fire pit with built-in seating, a stream that flows into a koi pond.
A separate two-bedroom, two-bathroom guesthouse is on the grounds, and a four-car garage offers plenty of space for multiple vehicles.
