Why did you choose Real Estate?

I have a special passion for service and meaningful interactions with people and their needs. I don't see Real Estate as selling houses, I see Real Estate as selling lifestyles, selling stories, selling dreams, and selling moments that people will remember forever. After the COVID-19 pandemic, the definition of luxury became the joy of each moment, and I love being part of those.

What was your journey to where you are today?

I started this journey knowing nothing about the business. For the first two years, I worked 11 hours a day and did not earn a single dime. I worked believing that service was the most important thing and I gave myself toward that goal. I have been in the business for almost seven years, I am very proud of what I've achieved and what I've become. México Sotheby's International Realty has recognized me as the number one producing agent nationwide. Today I have a great team and soon it will be launched.

What is your biggest success story to date?

An amazing sell story with American clients in Tepoztlán. There was a great buyer whom we arranged a showing for but he had doubts about the house. For three months, we kept on sending him many more options, but I always knew that it was the place for him and I was very persistent.

What makes your market unique?

Today, México City is the number one place to live. It is a very sought-after place for foreigners and for locals too. It combines lifestyle, ambiance, party, culture, high-end cuisine, and nightlife. México City has become an 'it' place for foreigners and expats, but also, Mexican people love spending time on their estates and terraces. Mexico City offers magnificent schools, universities, hospitals, and access to worldwide travel as a hub. The high-end market in México City represents the epitome of luxury and lifestyle at the same level as Miami or Paris.
