The home has 6 bedrooms, 6/1 bathrooms, 11,460 sq. ft. of living area, and is situated on a 29,508 sq. ft. waterfront lot. With 158 feet of water frontage, a private dock with direct ocean access, a gym, and an outdoor guesthouse, the home has been a staple of aquatic tours of Miami and Miami Beach.

"From the moment of arrival, a balance between grandiose architectural elements and thoughtful, understated details sets the tone for this unparalleled Estate," says Alatriste. "As we are enjoying our homes more than ever, this sanctuary is a paradise. The home is an iconic estate. Located in the exclusive and gated La Gorce island, it is the epitome of luxury living. This Smart home furnished by Liagre has every amenity imaginable for everyone; office, media room, bar, gym, and game room. Multiple courtyards with fountains, keystone deck, lap pool, manicured lawns, and 158’ of water frontage with direct ocean access provide for majestic living indoors or out. It has the private side of Miami Beach while still being steps away from world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment."

The music and culture icon first purchased the house in 1995. She tore it down leaving only the foundation, tasking designer Wallace Tutt for the rebuilding project. She went on to sell it to Barry Schwartz, Co-Founder of Calvin Klein.
