The real estate market is buzzing after reports that former North American Chairman and CEO of Recorded Music for Warner Music Group Lyon Cohen may have sold his Carnegie Hill $25,000,000 house. After securing that sale, it looks like the music exec is in no rush to make another purchase.
Instead, Cohen is reportedly renting a 4,440-sq. ft home in New York; the four-bedroom, four-bathroom home was designed by Stephen Harris. With four wood-burning fireplaces and a custom wine cellar, who'd want to leave?
The home Lyon Cohen is renting belongs to Chipotle founder Steve Ells, who listed the property for $14,000,000 before deciding to rent it out. The home has a traditional façade, but the back features a unique, modern Zen glass design and a clear view of the Empire State Building.
