Scheduled to break ground in 2025, The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, will feature two visually stunning towers joined by a sprawling landscaped podium. This exclusive structure will offer over 80,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, placing it among the most luxurious residential landmarks in the city. Mandarin Oriental’s venture into Brickell Key also marks the last chance to invest in new, high-end residences in this coveted location, exclusively marketed by Fortune Development Sales. The South Tower, set to debut first, will feature ultra-premium units, including a $100 million duplex penthouse spanning 23,000 square feet and boasting one of Miami’s highest private infinity pools. More spacious options are available, starting at $4.9 million for two-bedroom layouts and reaching $17.5 million for opulent five-bedroom configurations.
