Mariah Carey, Grammy-award-winning singer and songwriter, is ready to sell her mansion in Atlanta, Georgia, after only owning it for less than a year. She picked up the home for $5.65 million and is now trying to sell it for $6.5 million.
The house itself is 12,575 square feet and has 9 bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms. It was built in the 1950s and while it still retains some of the designs from that time period, it has been completely renovated.
On the third floor is a full recording studio. The living room has French doors to let in light and air from the backyard. There is also a morning bar, marble countertops, a walk-in closet, a library, a gym, a home theater, and balconies to get a view of the outside.
This large home sits on 4.2 acres and in addition to the house, there is a pool, a three-car garage, and even tennis courts.

While it is just speculation, some people think she is selling this home so quickly after purchasing it due to a break-in and burglary that happened in June of this year.
This isn't the only home that Mariah has. She also rents an 8-bedroom home in Beverly Hills and owns a triplex in Tribeca.
