Before Marquis Association Management was rebranded and got its name in 2016, it was previously known as CSI Management Services, and it just so happens to be that in 2007, the company began managing the homeowner association for the Continuum’s North Tower, a 37-story oceanfront condominium. The opportunity of winning the HOA management contract for the Continuum’s South Tower has become a full circle moment for the company and they have many plans concerning the management operations and the homeowner’s experience across both properties.

Murano, a premier resort-style oceanfront condominium located at the southern-most tip of Miami Beach, is considered to be one of the most prestigious high-rise towers in all of Miami. Originally developed by the Portofino Group, the property is currently undergoing renovations and constructions, which Marquis plans to overlook, in addition to overseeing its’ residential lifestyle program.

Based on the company’s specialization in the maintenance and management of luxury condominiums and homeowner associations in the South Florida market, the team will perform many key roles, ranging from management consultation to boards to contract negotiation to community policy enforcement, all of which uphold the reputation of Marquis as one of the finest in luxury residential management.
