Mary-Louise Parker‘s 10-room duplex is back on the market for the third time in the past year, reports The Real Deal. Located at 32 Washington Square West, the prewar co-op features five bedrooms, four and one-half bathrooms, a sprawling living/dining area with a wood burning fireplace and an eat-in kitchen with top of the line appliances. The unit also boasts 26 windows, which offer plenty of natural sunlight and views of the charming West Village. Though most of the interior captures the classic prewar character of the original design, Parker added a few eclectic, whimsical touches that appeal to her young children. According to More magazine, Parker commissioned a mural of an underwater barbecue, with an octopus brandishing multiple hot dogs, to spruce up the TV nook. She also set aside a narrow wall by the kitchen for her children to color using crayons.
The Weeds star is currently asking $6.99 million, only marginally lower than her original asking price of $7.25 million.
