“Mask Off” Rapper Future Buys Allison Island Waterfront Home for $16.3M

Grammy-winning rapper Future's new house is located in Miami Beach, specifically on Allison Island, which is gated and incredibly exclusive. The 8,897 square-foot home features 7 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms. The house is full of modern design and appliances with Ornare cabinetry for the kitchen, reflective glass, and slick finishes in the bathroom.

The master itself has a full wet bar, a wine fridge, two walk-in closets, and a private balcony that extends the length of the whole house. In addition to the large interior space, there is also a pool, outdoor kitchen, and spa outside, as well as spaces designated for yacht parking. The property has 75 feet of water frontage and a 3-car garage as well.

Dina Goldentayer with Douglas Elliman represented the sellers and Jordan Karp represented Future during the sale. The original asking price was $19.9 million, but Future managed to score the home for $16.3.

Future's real name is Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn and he is a Grammy and BET award-winning rapper well known for being on Mask Off.
