Megan Fox is experiencing a house-selling frenzy, and has set out to unload several of her properties in the last couple of years, including her home in Sherman Oaks, California.
The pad she shared with her ex-husband and their two young sons is being listed at $1.299 million. Described as a “casual, elegant home with contemporary style,” it was rebuilt in 2007. A master suite with vaulted ceilings that opens up to a koi pond and cascading waterfall; a huge walk-in closet; a bathroom with a makeup area, a dual shower, and a separate tub; a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a huge walk-in pantry; and a yard with an outdoor fireplace and living area are featured throughout the property. There is also a great room with vaulted ceilings, oak wood flooring, and a laid-back aesthetic.
Other properties that Fox and family have decided to part ways with include the $3.35 million Toluca Lake home, which was sold for $2.6 million a year after it was purchased, and the mansion in Los Feliz that was sold in the summer of 2014.
