Here, Brie Whitehead, the daughter in the father-daughter team, talks about her start in real estate and most rewarding transaction to date!
How did you get to where you are today?
My father (CC&RE Broker) has been in the business in multiple countries for over 40 years. Learning from his ethics and easygoing nature has been my greatest asset.
What is one of your favorite client stories?
It was showing day. Time to “show off” as I was driving around with my client on showings going from condo to condo; she was from Peru and we had been speaking for around a year. When she came in I knew exactly what she wanted but I showed her 5 other options just in case I was wrong. I wasn’t wrong. Once we showed up at the condo which would inevitably become her new home she was in awe of just how everything was just what she imagined or even better. I didn’t have to sell her on anything because I had understood my assignment. The satisfaction of giving my client her dream was one of my favorite real estate moments.
What is your biggest success story to date?
I believe the best success in this business is building relationships that become repeat sales and purchases- ultimately those clients/friends recommend you and you have more business by just being good at what you do.
How did you get to where you are today?
By understanding that this is not an easy job, the amount of side work that is needed shouldn’t be taken lightly. Any “downtime” with leads shouldn’t be a time where you take a mini vacation instead it’s the most productive you should become.
