Wendy Sanchez was born in Havana, Cuba. Wendy’s parents were fortunate enough to win the visa lottery and move to the United States. They went straight to Las Vegas, Nevada, with their only child to begin their journey of the American Dream. Wendy’s parents knew that was the best and only option for their daughter to have a better life and become anything she wanted to, even if it meant leaving their entire family behind. Being a first-generation immigrant, Wendy always felt the pressure to succeed and not let her family down. Wendy has accomplished so much in such a tough and competitive industry like real estate.
