MG Developer and Baron Property Group Will Redefine Hialeah’s Urban Core with ‘Metro Center’

MG Developer, a residential developer with headquarters in Coral Gables, alongside their partner Baron Property Group, announced their plans for a new Hialeah, Metro Center. This exciting news will help push the city of Hialeah towards its urban city development goals.

Under the leadership of CEO Alirio Torrealba, MG Developer is a residential property development that offers a wide range of real estate services, including concept creation, property site selection, and project advancement. Torrealba has already completed 11 developments and has nearly $1.5 billion in developments in planning throughout South Florida, establishing MG as one of the most active developers in Florida today.

At almost 2.3 million square feet worth of apartments, MG developers are adding more than $600 million in value to the destination alongside side their developments of Metro Parc, Metro Parc North, and now Metro Parc South. Metro Center will provide nearly 1,600 attainable modern apartments to Hialeah, all of which will be within walking distance of the Metrorail and Tri-Rail Transfer Station.

Once completed, Metro Center will be Hialeah’s upscale living lifestyle center that will boast more than 35,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space ideal for restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, and health & fitness outlets, as well as a specialty market.
