Renowned chef Michelle Bernstein and acclaimed restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow are pioneering their first private restaurant, exclusively for the residents of Five Park Miami Beach. This intimate dining experience, announced by developers David Martin of Terra and Russell Galbut of GFO Investments, will be situated on the Park Club's sixth-floor amenity deck. The restaurant will feature a menu that combines Mediterranean sophistication with vibrant local flavors, offering residents a unique and personalized dining experience.
Jeffrey Chodorow, a notable figure in the culinary scenes of Miami and New York City, is recognized for his legacy establishments like China Grill, Bond Street Hudson Yards, and Red Farm Coconut Grove. He is collaborating with James Beard Foundation award-winning chef Michelle Bernstein, who is venturing into the residential restaurant sector for the first time. Bernstein is acclaimed for her projects, such as Café La Trova, Sweet Liberty, Michy’s Chicken Shack, and the highly anticipated Sra. Martinez re-opening in Coral Gables, bringing her culinary expertise to this new venture.

"It's extremely special to collaborate with visionaries like Jeffrey, David, and Russell, especially in such a beautiful setting,” said Bernstein. “An on-site residential restaurant allows us to really embrace and create a longstanding relationship with our clientele. More than ever, we want our guests to feel at home – we will know their specific tastes, favorites, and special orders." Inspired by Five Park’s waterfront location and panoramic water views, Bernstein's menu promises an array of seasonal flavors with approachable yet sophisticated dishes, including Moroccan spiced crab cakes, hamachi crudo, black bean burgers, and spaghetti cacio e pepe. The restaurant, surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant florals, offers both indoor and outdoor dining options, catering to on-the-go orders as well as large gatherings.
David Martin, CEO of Terra, highlighted the significance of food in the residential experience. "We’re very proud to be partnering with Michelle and Jeffrey, who possess a unique and heightened understanding of consumer needs. Their expertise extends far beyond traditional hospitality; we sought partners who also have a grasp on the behind-the-scenes of crafting and sustaining a comprehensive food and beverage concept." Bernstein will also curate the food and beverage offerings for the tower’s 26th-floor Canopy Club, an exclusive social club for residents. The Canopy Club, spanning 40,000 square feet, includes a private dining room, bar and lounge, living rooms, library, outdoor terraces, and wellness and fitness areas, further enhancing the luxurious lifestyle at Five Park.

Five Park, recently completed and on track for delivery this year, features a striking 48-story tower and the adjacent Canopy Park, a three-acre community oasis. The tower boasts 50,000 square feet of amenities, including the Park Club amenity deck with an expansive pool, café terrace, cabanas, loungers, social spaces, a fully outfitted gym, spa treatment rooms, co-working spaces, and screening rooms. The development also includes a 158-foot-long enclosed bridge designed by French conceptual artist Daniel Buren, connecting Five Park’s site to the South of Fifth neighborhood for the first time.
