West Palm Beach introduces Mr. C Hotel & Residences in partnership with Terra and Sympatico Real Estate. Terra is a Miami-based real estate development and investment company dedicated to creating communities, enhancing neighborhoods, and connecting people.
This 25-story condominium hotel at 320 Lakeview Avenue in Downtown West Palm Beach offers 110 rooms and 146 branded residences, starting at $2 million. Notable features include a Bellini restaurant, a rooftop pool deck with stunning views, and a planned construction start in early 2024, with completion in 2026. Douglas Elliman will handle sales, offering one- to four-bedroom units ranging from 830 to 2,200 square feet, some of which can participate in the hotel rental program.
The development's stylish mix of modern luxury and timeless charm, guided by acclaimed firms Arquitectonica and Meyer Davis, creates an inviting ambiance. Residents and hotel guests can access various amenities like fitness facilities, a co-working lounge, a dog run, and a resort-style pool deck. This project marks Terra's first venture into Palm Beach County and the third South Florida property for the Mr. C brand, founded by Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani.
