A beachfront home in Newport Beach, California that was designed by the same interior designer that the Obamas used while living in the White House has just entered into escrow, according to press materials.

The sale of the Orange County residence at 7204 W Oceanfront built by Marmol Radziner, in collaboration with Michael Smith Interiors, is expected to close mid-August. The five-bedroom home was listed on the market for $6,350,000.

A wide entryway leads to a breathtaking view of the ocean. Open spaces allow for a seamless, indoor-outdoor beachfront flow.

The living room features high ceilings, a fireplace, and Fleetwood pocket doors that open to an outdoor space, with a deck, built-in Viking barbecue and bar, and fire pit.

The kitchen is equipped with a large island, six-burner Viking stove with a grill and griddle, and Sub-Zero built-in refrigerator.
