Last November, NBA star Nick Young (a.k.a. Swaggy P), a shooting guard/small forward for the Los Angeles Lakers—along with his girlfriend, rapper Iggy Azaleascooped up pop princess Selena Gomez's Mediterranean-style mansion for $3.45 million.

The 6,630-square-foot gated estate has a ton of enviable features, from a wraparound terrace, to a full basketball court, spa, and barbecue pit—but since it's fallen into the hands of the famed baller, it's managed to add one more particularly noteworthy facet to its already impressive profile: a massive "shoe house," especially tailored to accommodate Young's incredible collection of over 500 pairs. (Talk about shattering the meaning of "living in a shoebox.")

But that's not all. The freestanding footwear digs—formerly a guesthouse (guests of the "swaggy" couple, don't fret: the home's five spare bedrooms leave plenty of space for friends and family to crash)—is even more over-the-top than rival fitness and nutrition expert Theresa Roemer's extravagant three-story closet: unlike Roemer's unguarded sartorial shrine, Young's sneaker stash will be managed by not one, but two "shoe keepers," hired to ensure the shoes stay safe and organized (God forbid anyone tried to break in and steal his custom roller-skating Vans or lucky Nike kicks).
