Florida East Coast Realty, LLC (FECR), the developer of Panorama Tower, is pleased to announce that the building is now open to residents. The luxury residential tower welcomes a wide demographic of tenants looking to live, work, and play in the Brickell Financial District, within walking distance of some of Miami’s most exciting retail and entertainment opportunities. With the success of this rental project, FECR has welcomed its first residents to Panorama, adding this new tower to its development portfolio of over 65 million square feet of construction.

The grand opening took place on Thursday, June 21st, with a small ribbon cutting ceremony, attended by the FECR team, the Hollo family and friends, the tower’s tenants, members of South Florida’s real estate community, elected officials, and local media. FECR Chairman and President Tibor Hollo, along with his son, Executive Vice President Jerome Hollo, spoke at the ceremony to commemorate this tremendous milestone for FECR and the City of Miami, which now boasts the new tallest building in Florida.

“Panorama Tower is an exemplary rental property with offerings that cater to every type of resident,” said Jerome Hollo. “Whether you’re a pet lover or fitness enthusiast, there’s something here for you, and all within the center of business, cultural, retail, and entertainment venues. We’re ecstatic to welcome our first tenants. Panorama not only delivers trendy apartments for the everyday young professional but also brings in great economic growth to the community and Miami as a whole.”

With a 208-room Hyatt Centric hotel already open and 75,000 square feet of upscale retail space on-site, Panorama has created over 150 jobs for the City of Miami. The tower has contributed to the city’s economy through the creation of over 2,000 jobs during its construction, as well. The development also offers over 400,000 square feet of high-end office space in one of the top financial districts in the U.S., which helps to attract large companies and grow the “Wall Street of the South.” Fortune Development Sales, the tower’s leasing team, has seen an incredible demand for Panorama’s rentals, particularly due to the amenity programming, stunning views, and large apartment sizes.

“We moved into our unit this June and must say this has to be one of the, if not the best, place to live in Brickell,” said Panorama resident Landy Abreus. “The pictures they show at the leasing office don’t do justice to the beauty you experience in person. The units and balconies are very spacious, with exceptional finishes throughout.”
