Jorge M. Perez joined forces with English architect Keith Hobbs of United Design Partnership and Swiss landscape architect Enzo Enea to create Paraiso Bay.

Arquitetonica, Miami, will design each tower and the grounds will feature a rounded beach-entry pool with poolside cabanas, a private beach club and a waterfront park. The property will also offer a bay walking path, lush tropical gardens, private marina, manmade waterfall and private tennis courts.

Residences offer contemporary floor plans with options of one, two three and four-bedroom residences, and all have private elevator access. Additionally, the residences feature floor-to-ceiling windows, panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach and gourmet kitchens. Outdoor space includes roomy private terraces with glass railings. Building amenities include a wine cellar, teen game room, cigar lounge, children’s playroom, health spa and sauna, pool deck resort area, fitness center and more.

Each tower will sit within a gated 5-acre complex and will offer 325 residences. Prices range from $380K to $1.2M.
